Returns within 14 days
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer withdrawal rights.
Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Complete with original tags and packaging
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Returns must be authorised before shipping.
Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not returnable.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The refund includes the value of the returned products and, where required by European law, the original standard shipping costs.
Exchange
Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping and reshipping costs for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective items
If an item is defective or incorrect, we cover all shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement.
