You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns made under the 14-day withdrawal period, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
